Waking Night Support Worker – 1:1 Care | Norwich
Bank to cover holiday and sicknessLocation: Norwich
Hours: 10:00pm – 7:00am, Monday to Friday
Salary: £12.24 per hour
About the Role:
We’re seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to provide 1:1 care for a 23-year-old male within a home setting. This role involves overnight support, monitoring, and assistance with daily routines. Our client may present with verbal and challenging behaviours, so confidence, patience, and a calm approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overnight support and safety monitoring
- Assist with nightly routines, personal care, and mobility
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Manage and respond to behaviours that challenge
- Collaborate with family members and support team
- Advocate for the client’s needs
