The role
Carlisle Support Services is looking for a Team Leader to lead the Operations Support Team on designated shifts over seeing fulfilment support, incident management, help desk services and candidate onboarding. Responsible to ensuring all allocated shift tasks are completed and next shift handovers are put in place. Mentoring and managing the controllers to ensure positive operational performance.
Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:
• Team management,
• Team training and development
• Support the team in dealing with issues
• Lead accident/incident reporting
• Monitor all systems updated by the team- Helpdesk, Timegate, Recuritment
• Deliver daily shift task objectives
• Complete shift reports
• Ensuring operating systems are functioning correctly and are fit for purpose
• Ensuring the efficient and correct system use of systems by staff
• Completing required reports and as needed recommend process change
• Communicating effectively with the team and liaising effectively with the operational management teams across the business
• Maintaining effective relationships with operations management
The ideal candidate
• Good internal relationship skills
• Supervisory/training experience within a team
• Broad experience of scheduling
• Broad experience of operational systems
• Good PC skills
• Able to collect and analyse information and quickly grasp issues.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to influence staff at all levels.
• Well-developed communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work autonomously and as a member of the team as required.
Nights - Monday, Tuesday, Sunday and altering Saturday 7pm - 7am
Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes.
This could include the following: passport / driving licence / utility bill dated in the last 3 months / HMRC letter / original bank statement / original payslip / birth certificate / a valid share code.
