Summary
Job Title : Barista

• About the post : We are looking for a creative, confident, and servicedriven Cocktail Bartender to join our frontofhouse team. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for mixology, enjoys crafting highquality drinks, and thrives in a lively, guestfocused environment. You will be responsible for preparing classic and signature cocktails, delivering exceptional service, and helping to create a vibrant atmosphere at the bar.
Key Responsibilities and duties :
• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and premium beverages to a consistently high standard.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, mixers, and cocktailmaking techniques.
• Create an engaging and welcoming experience for guests at the bar.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area and equipment.
• Restock spirits, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies, ensuring full readiness for service.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately and responsibly.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in line with UK licensing laws.
• Assist with bar menu development, including new cocktail ideas and seasonal specials.
• Support opening and closing procedures for the bar.
• Work collaboratively with the wider frontofhouse team during busy periods.
• Relevant Experience : 2 years
• Language Requirements : Fluent in spoken English
• Bonuses of incentive schemes : £1500 to £3000 per year
