About the role of Proposals Manager
Our client is a huge main contractor based in Oxford with an outstanding over £200 mill turnover! The business has over 120 years experience with 354 currently employed across the business! They made £9 mill in profit alone last year and gave half of this profit to charities local to them. They cover majority of sectors as a business such as defence, arts & culture, commerce & industry, education, emergency services, healthcare, religious buildings, residential, sports & leisure, commercial, life science, student Accommodation etc.
They are looking for someone who can work well in a team and be able to pull together submission documents, derframe answers, have been in a proposals or big management role previously and be in commutable driving distance to oxford.
Responsibilities for Proposals Manager
- Pulling together submission documents
- Deframing answers
- Working alongside Bid Managers & other Proposal Managers
- Win big projects
- Introduce new tools to improve bid quality
Requirements for Proposals Manager
- Be able to pull together submission documents
- Be able to deframe answers
- Be in commutable distance to Oxford
- UK Driving licence
