Summary

Qualified Teacher | Long-Term Placement

Location: Lichfield & Surrounding Areas

Start Date: ASAP

Availability: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Hours: 32.5 hours per week

The Opportunity

Are you a dedicated Qualified Teacher (QTS) looking for a consistent, long-term placement? We are seeking an inspiring educator to join a local school community in the Lichfield area.

This is a full-time role starting ASAP, offering the opportunity to lead a classroom through the remainder of the academic year. This position is perfect for teachers seeking stability in a single school setting rather than day-to-day supply.

Your Role

As the Class Teacher, you will take full responsibility for the learning and development of your pupils, including:

  • Planning & Delivery: Creating engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.

  • Assessment: Monitoring pupil progress, providing feedback, and maintaining high expectations.

  • Classroom Management: Fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with Senior Leadership and Support Staff to ensure every child reaches their potential.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Experience: Experience teaching in UK schools (ECTs/NQTs are welcome to apply).

  • Commitment: Available for a full-time, 5-day-a-week schedule.

  • Commute: Easily accessible for those living in Lichfield, Tamworth, Cannock, Rugeley, or Birmingham.
