Summary

We are looking for a Systems Process Trainer to deliver high-quality training and support to staff within the Patient Access Centre. The role focuses on ensuring users are confident and competent in using Trust clinical systems and processes, supporting patient safety, service efficiency, and high-quality care. You will design and deliver training, assess competency, identify training needs, and work closely with managers and teams to continuously improve system use and staff capability.

The post holder will ensure that staff in the access centre are trained on the Trust systems i.e., eRS, CERNER and Vantage (REGO). This entails one to one training and evaluation of that training as well as making recommendations on further training as required.

In addition, the postholder will work with the assistant managers to identify data quality issues and make recommendations in this respect
