Summary

What will the Credit Controller role involve?
• Building strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to manage debt collection efficiently while maintaining positive rapport
• Coordinating debt recovery practices across multiple regions, aligning with regional procedures and supporting new office integrations
• Reviewing debtor statements, identifying at-risk accounts early, and delivering proactive solutions to mitigate overdue payments
• Managing accounts on hold, making informed decisions regarding their release to optimise cash flow
• Contributing to the optimisation of debt management processes by providing process insights and supporting continuous improvements
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Controller vacancy:
• Some experience in credit control, accounts receivable, finance administration or a customer service–based role involving queries, payments, or account support
• Confident, professional communication skills, comfortable speaking with customers and internal colleagues by phone and email
• Well organised with good attention to detail and the ability to manage routine tasks and follow processes accurately
• Comfortable working as part of a team in an open‑plan, office‑based environment and willing to learn new systems and procedures
• A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine interest in developing a career in finance and credit control
