Summary

Job Title Programme Manager Job Description Role title Programme Manager General Practice Leadership and ADHD Location(s) The post will be based at Osprey Court in South Bristol but there may be a requirement to work across the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) area. We have a hybrid working policy which requires staff to work a minimum of 2 days in the office, within general practice or at locations of our system partners. Job Purpose This post has a dual purpose: To programme manage improvements in ADHD diagnosis across BNSSG through implementation of pathway changes, coordination of training, and piloting of new referral routes (0.6 FTE). In collaboration with the Medical Director of the GPCB and clinical supervisor, provide nonclinical line management to a group of parttime General Practice Clinical Leads (0.4 FTE). This post is available for job share. Key responsibilities ADHD Work alongside the Clinical Lead for Neurodiversity to support the phased implementation of a primary careled ADHD service across BNSSG. Enable general practice to feed into the design, development and mobilisation stages of a model of care that delivers the outcomes of the ADHD objectives, reduces inequalities across the system, and responds to local needs. Develop and implement a general practice programme plan of ADHD priorities. Support GPCB to ensure sufficient resource is available to general practice to deliver the programme plan. Provide a single point of contact for AWP, other BNSSG providers, the system workstream programme team and general practice. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. Share information with general practice and secondary care, and ensure engagement. Work effectively with the workstream management team (ICB, Trusts) to develop shared objectives. Scope and define projects and initiatives in support of the workstream plan, including providing information, analytical advice and expertise as required. Contribute to business plans, dashboards, risk logs and other programme documentation to support the achievement of identified workstream outcomes. Produce and present reports requiring the collection, analysis and interpretation of a wide range of data, including differing expert opinions and recommendations. General Practice Leadership Work collaboratively with the GPCB Medical Director to define the scope and role of the GP Clinical Leads. Provide systematic, robust line management to the GP Clinical Leadership team. Lead the production of highquality, valuedriven evaluation data from the GP Clinical Leadership work. Provide support to follow established governance processes. Provide support in the development of business cases.
