About us
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs – we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment – and we’re looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Healthcare Assistants to provide 1:1 support for a 7-month-old baby boy who lives at home with his family and has complex healthcare needs.
During the day, you will accompany and support him at nursery, delivering high-quality clinical and personal care in line with his individual care plan.
You will provide continuous 1:1 support, promoting his safety, comfort, and engagement in nursery activities.
Working collaboratively with nursery staff, you will help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment tailored to his needs.
Overnight, you will provide attentive 1:1 care within the home, supporting his clinical care needs and interventions while ensuring his safety and comfort throughout the night.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child’s life while working within a supportive, specialist care environment.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
“This isn't just a job – it’s your opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.”
What You’ll Need
3 months’ care experience
Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
Clear communication skills
Driving Licence Required for Day Shifts
What We Offer
Competitive hourly pay with enhancements for nights and weekends
Regular confirmed rotas and flexible scheduling
Reward & recognition programme
Supportive management and 24/7 on-call support
Opportunity to grow within a values-led, national care provider
Our funded training, including clinical skills, comes at no cost to you, though attendance is unpaid.
