Hours: Days, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, across set rotas

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our clients supportive care team in Birmingham. The service provides high-quality care for adults with learning disabilities, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing personal care including washing, bathing, pad changing, and dressing
2. Assisting with meal preparation and supporting service users with feeding
3. Supporting and participating in activities, day trips, and social engagement
4. Working alongside registered nurses to deliver exceptional care
5. Maintaining a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all service users
What We’re Looking For:
1. Minimum 6 months care experience in UK care settings (ideally within the last 12 months)
2. Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach
3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
4. Right to work in the UK with no restrictions (we are unable to provide sponsorship)
