What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering tailored 1:1 and small group intervention for pupils with SEN
• Working closely with teaching staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Supporting across the curriculum—academic, social, and emotional development
• Monitoring progress, tracking impact, and reporting to the SENCO
• Being an inspiring, trusted advocate for children’s needs within the classroom
