Summary
We are currently recruiting Part-Time Support Workers across the Chesterfield area. This is a varied and fulfilling role, supporting individuals in their own homes and within the community.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing personal care and daily living support
Promoting independence and wellbeing
Supporting with community access and activities
Building positive, professional relationships with service users
