£12.21 per hour (increasing to £12.71 per hour in April)
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking FLT Operator to join a busy plastic recycling company in Wednesbury. This role involves a combination of forklift operation, manual handling, and machine operation within a fast-paced and noisy warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operating a forklift truck (approx. 80% of the role)
- Machine operation (approx. 20% of the role)
- Manual handling of materials
- Supporting general warehouse and recycling operations
- Valid FLT licence (essential)
- Good level of physical fitness due to the demanding nature of the role
- Ability to work effectively in a noisy environment
- Previous experience in the recycling industry is advantageous
- Strong work ethic and reliability
