Level 3 Teaching Assistant | Long-Term Opportunities

Location: Staffordshire / Lichfield Area

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Full-Time (Approx. 32.5 hours per week)

The Role

Are you looking for a consistent, long-term placement in a local primary or secondary school? We are currently seeking Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants for full-time roles.

These positions offer the chance to settle into a single school environment for the duration of the term, providing essential support to both teachers and pupils during the busy summer period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Classroom Support: Working closely with class teachers to manage classroom environments and support lesson delivery.

  • Targeted Interventions: Leading small group sessions or 1:1 support to boost student progress.

  • Student Well-being: Encouraging a positive learning attitude and supporting the social and emotional development of pupils.

  • Curriculum Assistance: Adapting learning materials to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified: Must hold a Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification (or equivalent).

  • Available: Reliable and ready to work Monday - Friday (school hours).

  • Experienced: Previous experience supporting the UK National Curriculum is highly desirable.

  • Adaptable: A proactive professional who can hit the ground running in a new school setting.
