Operations Assistant Apprentice

Summary
To work on all matters relating to the Warehouse, Production, Supply Chain and Quality Assurance areas including; receiving deliveries of goods, inspection of goods, storage of goods, production of finished goods, packing and dispatching goods, management of supply chain.
Hours Monday- Thursday 8.30am- 5.00pm/ Friday 8.30am- 3.00pm with 30 minutes lunch break.
38 hours a week
Salary £304.00 per week - £15,808 per annum
Warehouse Operations
Receive, inspect, and book-in incoming deliveries
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
Inventory & Stock Control
Maintain accurate stock records within the ERP system
Supply Chain
Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries, lead times, and order updates
Work closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow
Update system relating to goods received, shipments, and material availability
Logistics
Prepare shipment documentation
Coordinate with courier companies and freight providers
