Summary
Contributing to the pharmacy service to Haematology and BMT/CAR-T Wards at UHW to provide Patient-orientated pharmacy services to inpatients, outpatients and in pharmacist-led clinics within the Clinical Haematology Directorate. Expert pharmaceutical advice and support to directorate Working in collaboration with the Disease Specific Pharmacists and the Lead Pharmacist for the Clinical Haematolog Directorate in service developments, such asmanagingnew medication applications,producingandmaintainingdirectorate specific protocols and procedures.
