Summary
Support the Radiology service joining a multi- disciplinary team, being accountable to the Radiology Services Manager/Radiology Team Lead Assist in the provision of an efficient Radiology service of the highest standard Demonstrate evidence of organizational skills and able to work both autonomously, and as part of a team Have substantial experience in General Radiography and theatre procedures Compliance, knowledge and understanding of IR(ME)R regulations and IRR17 Communicate and work closely with Radiologists and wider consultant specialists in setting up policies and protocols for all Radiology and patient pathways Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Communicate effectively with the Multidisciplinary team in order to promote efficient patient care and maintain effective channels of communication both with staff and patients To maintain staff morale and contribute through a positive and proactive example in communication and leadership Participate in a 24/7 On call service
