About the Role
We are looking for motivated, confident people to join us as Face‑to‑Face Fundraisers. You’ll represent Local Hospice Lottery, engaging with the public and encouraging them to support their local hospice by joining our weekly lottery.
This is a self‑employed role, giving you complete control over when and how much you work.
Earning Potential
OTE £26,000–£70,000+ depending on your consistency and commitment
Earn £30 per chance for every supporter you sign up
Top performers earn £60 per chance when signing players up for a double chance
Weekly pay for every new player you recruit
Performance‑based earnings — the more you put in, the more you earn
What You’ll Be Doing:
Speaking with members of the public about Local Hospice Lottery
Inspiring people to support their local hospice by joining the lottery
Working door‑to‑door, with some venue‑based opportunities (location dependent)
Using our simple digital system to sign up new supporters
Full training provided
Essential Requirements
You must have:
Experience in face‑to‑face fundraising or direct sales (essential)
Confidence speaking with members of the public
Motivation, resilience, and a results‑driven mindset
