Your New Role
We're looking forenthusiastic, flexible, and committed primary teachers to join our GuaranteedPay Scheme.
As a Hays GuaranteeTeacher, you'll enjoy pre-arranged supply work on the days you choose. You'll work across a variety ofprimary schools, teaching EYFS to Year 6 depending on your strengths.
Your work mightinclude:
✨ Daily or short-term supply
✨ Longer-term opportunities (if you're interested!)
✨ PPA cover
✨ Intervention & booster sessions
You'll deliverengaging lessons, support pupils' learning, and follow school policies withprofessionalism and positivity.
⭐ What You'll Need to Succeed
To join our guaranteescheme, you'll need:
✔ A recognised teaching qualification (QTS orequivalent)
✔ A valid DBS (or willingness to apply)
✔ At least 6 months' UK primary teaching experience in the last 2 years
✔ Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
✔ Excellent communication & organisational skills
✔ A flexible, adaptable, reliable attitude
