Science Teacher / ECT – The Role:
As a Science Teacher / ECT, you will:
• Deliver engaging and inspiring Science lessons, ideally with the ability to teach Physics up to GCSE level.
• Plan and assess student work to ensure progress and attainment across all ability levels.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love for Science.
• Work closely with colleagues to develop innovative and effective teaching strategies.
• Engage in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school’s extracurricular activities.
Science Teacher / ECT – Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for a committed and passionate Science Teacher / ECT who:
• Holds a PGCE in Science (specializing in Physics is preferred, but Biology and Chemistry specialists will also be considered).
• Possesses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Has a strong commitment to student progress and success.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Is eager to be part of a supportive school community and develop professionally.
