Summary
We are looking for a dependable Food Production Operative to join our kebab manufacturing team. The role involves preparing meat mixes, assembling products, and packing finished kebabs ready for freezing and distribution.
This position suits someone who enjoys practical work, follows hygiene standards, and works well as part of a small production team.
Main Duties
Cleaning and preparing the production area each morning and afternoon
Mixing meat and spices according to production recipes
Feeding product into production machinery
Assembling kebabs by placing meat onto skewers ready for cutting
Bagging finished kebab products
Placing packaged items into the freezer for storage
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Requirements
Reliable and punctual
Able to work in a fast paced production environment
Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene
Ability to work as part of a small team
Previous food production experience helpful but training provided
Hours
35-40 hours a week
