We are seeking a proactive and motivated Social Value Advisor to help deliver meaningful social impact across a major client contract. This role will suit someone who enjoys building strong relationships, coordinating projects, and using insight and evidence to demonstrate positive social outcomes.

Job Description

As a Social Value Advisor, you will play an important part in delivering social sustainability activity across the contract. You will support the implementation of the Social Value Delivery Plan, coordinate a range of initiatives, and help measure, analyse, and communicate the impact achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the rollout of the Social Value Delivery Plan in line with sector expectations and recognised measurement frameworks.
- Support the delivery of social sustainability initiatives that meet contractual commitments.
- Identify opportunities to enhance social impact and align activity with client and wider business objectives.
- Collect, verify, and analyse social value data to produce clear qualitative and quantitative reporting.
- Plan and manage social sustainability projects, ensuring risks, resources, and timelines are monitored.
- Engage with internal teams, clients, charities, and community partners to support effective delivery.
- Attend client meetings to present progress and demonstrate social value impact.
- Contribute to sustainability networks to share best practice and support innovation.
- Support or deliver central initiatives including volunteering, inclusive recruitment, and charitable partnerships.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

- Strong understanding of social sustainability frameworks, legislation, measurement, and reporting.
- Knowledge of recognised social value measurement approaches, including the - - National TOM Framework.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into meaningful action.
- Experience supporting or delivering social sustainability or social value initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for a range of stakeholders.
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management capability.
- Programme or project coordination experience, including planning and organising activity.
- Knowledge of the built environment or facilities management sector (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to obtain SC Clearance.
