About the role
We are looking for reliable, experienced Stewards to join our team in Birmingham for upcoming local events. You’ll be the face of the venue, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
In this role, your responsibilities may include:
- Monitoring the main entrance of the venue.
- Directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely.
- Guiding visitors and ensuring site safety regulations are followed.
- Providing high-quality customer service to the public.
