Summary
We are looking for a Level 3 qualified practitioner to join our friendly, long‑standing team. If you love working with under‑5s and want to feel genuinely valued at work, this could be the perfect fit.

Your Role
You’ll be trusted to make decisions in your room, contribute ideas, and get fully involved in children’s play and learning — whether that’s splashing in puddles or racing around the garden. Weekly room meetings keep communication open and ideas flowing.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Level 3 qualified in Childcare/Early Years with a full and relevant qualification
English Level 2 or above
Experienced with children under 5
Positive, proactive, and ready to bring fresh energy to the team
Part time position also available.
