Mainstream Primary School near Narborough, Leicestershire
Start date: After Easter | Until end of academic year
Are you a confident, adaptable teacher with a passion for supporting children with additional needs?
Link3 Recruitment are seeking an experienced and committed Qualified Teacher to join our welcoming mainstream primary school on a part-time basis (Tuesday–Thursday).
The Role
Mornings:
• Teaching a small group of up to 15 SEN pupils
• Supported by LSAs within the classroom
• Delivering engaging, structured learning tailored to individual needs
Afternoons:
• Providing PPA cover across KS1 and KS2
• Teaching a variety of classes and subjects
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a true all-rounder who:
• Is a fully Qualified Teacher (QTS) with extensive SEN experience
• Has proven success working with children who present challenging behaviours
• Is calm, resilient, and consistent, with excellent behaviour management skills
• Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and support teams
• Is flexible, proactive, and confident teaching across primary phases

Safeguarding and Compliance

All applicants must hold an Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one prior to starting work.
