Summary
Kenect are hiring HGV Class 1 drivers for their prestigious client based in the Bedford area. There will be a range of both ongoing work and ad-hoc shifts. This client is looking for either HGV Class 1 day drivers or tramper drivers. This work offers a fantastic PAYE pay rate of between £19 and £21ph, depending on experience PLUS holidays are accrued on top.
As a HGV Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for driving box trailers using a tail lift doing multi-drop deliveries to garden centres to RDC's.
The role:
- Temp to perm positions available for the right candidate
- Day shifts + tramping available
- Runs available between Monday and Friday
- Start times between 0500 - 0600
- Paid weekly at £20 - £21 per hour
- Immediate starts available
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license with Cat CE
- No more than 6 points on your licence - no DG/DR endorsements due to insurance purposes
- A valid CPC and tacho card
- Hi vis and safety boots
