Summary
Alan has a mild learning disability. Although he is independent in many aspects of his life, he requires support to budget and manage his home.
Alan has spent some time in long-stay hospital and is now finally moving back into his home. Now Alan is recruiting for a Team Leader who can lead and develop a brand-new team, supporting him to achieve the quality life he wishes for and deserves.
Hours: Full Time 37.5 hrs
Essential for this job:
- Leadership experience essential
- A full driving licence.
Alan may find navigating the world difficult, therefore he needs a Team Leader and a strong team to support him to keep to agreed boundaries.

The Team Leader will work a combination of shifts with some dedicated management time, which can be carried out at home. You will be responsible for staff rotas, administrative duties, support and supervisions, and the overall motivation and leadership of the team.
This position is ideal for someone who is looking to work with an organisation that works differently, and someone who wants to develop in their career.
