This work begins in the Early Years. The Deputy Headteacher will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening our EYFS and Key Stage 1 provision. The role includes a 0.5 teaching commitment in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2.

Our vision is to achieve excellence and to create something truly magical. We want our EYFS and KS1 to be one intentional, progressive journey matching children's level of development and using the best of EYFS practice to develop an innovative yet rigorous approach to teaching in KS1. As the Deputy Headteacher, you will unite the EYFS and KS1 teams to harness the power of collaboration and develop a truly world-class curriculum.
