What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional and ambitious leader to join our school as Head of Science. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly effective classroom practitioner to lead the Science faculty, ensuring a high-quality learning experience that meets both internal and external standards. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving standards of attainment and achievement in Science, leading curriculum development, and supporting and developing staff to deliver consistently excellent teaching. You will be committed to enabling all students to achieve their personal excellence, while contributing strategically to whole-school improvement.
