About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver for temporary assignments at our client based in Ramsgate. This role involves delivering alcohol to pubs and licensed venues across Kent and London.
You will be working alongside a driver's mate, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. This is a physically demanding role, so you must be comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver alcohol to pubs and hospitality venues
- Work as part of a two-person team with a driver's mate
- Load and offload goods at delivery points
- Plan routes and ensure timely deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service at each drop
- Complete all relevant paperwork and comply with transport regulations
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Experience driving in London is essential
- Confident navigating busy urban areas
- Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
