The Role
- Operate a 360 excavator on an active construction site.
- Carry out excavation, grading, and lifting duties safely and efficiently in line with project specifications.
- Perform daily machine checks, report defects promptly, and follow all safety-critical procedures.
- Support general site operations as required, contributing to smooth day-to-day progress.
- Proven experience operating 360 excavators.
- Valid CPCS or NPORS ticket with Safety Critical certification (essential).
- Strong understanding of site safety protocols and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Adaptable with strong communication skills to meet changing site demands.
