Summary
We are seeking an excellent Deputy Manager who embodies our Eqvitus CARER values, Caring, Accountability, Responsive teamwork, Excellence and Respect, to support the Registered Home Manager in delivering outstanding, person centred care.
This is a hands on leadership role where you will inspire and lead the team, ensuring high quality care, strong communication, and a positive, supportive culture within the home. You will oversee care delivery, staff development, medication management, and daily operations, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining full compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards.
You will work closely with residents, families, and professionals, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards) and strong leadership experience are essential. Full job description available on application.
