Summary
We are recruiting for a Service Manager, who will have operational oversight of Blackburn with Darwen Community Mental Health Teams and Networks, Independent Sector Contracted Beds.
The Service Manager is responsible for the operational management of services within a locality base. They will ensure that service lines deliver patient pathways that meet all quality and operational performance targets and that these are monitored and tracked. The Service Manager will lead, develop and manage teams within a portfolio to ensure that our services provide a high-quality care for our service users
As our Service Manager, you will work in line with the Trust’s corporate objectives and will be expected to make a positive contribution to the provision of health services.
