HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
LOCATION: Herts CLCH NHS - Watford - Langley House
With on occasion supporting the Potters Bar Community Hospital

Role Responsibilities:
-Build strong relationships with Clients and Internal teams,
-Conduct Cleaning and Catering Audits for the site,
-Monitor performance against SLA's and Cleaning specifications,
-Schedule teams rotas, sick and annual leave cover etc,
-Ensure service delivery across the contracts aligns with company policies and procedures (HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting and Compliance),
-Manage employee wages and ensure Health & safety compliance
Required Qualifications:
-Previous experience in Soft Services/ Catering / Operations,
-Knowledge of ‘National Standards for Healthcare Food and Drink',
-Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages,
-Excellent customer service and communication skills,
-Food Hygiene qualification is highly desirable,
-Supervisory/ Managerial experience,
-Strong organisation skills and time management,
