Summary

Job Title: Calderdale Leadership Apprenticeship Programme Manager

Faculty/Unit: Employer Engagement - Apprenticeships

Hours: 37 hours per week

Status: Fixed Term until July 2027

Salary: £34,883 to £40,683 per annum (Salary points HS033 - HS038)

Calderdale College is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our growing Apprenticeship Employer Engagement Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the development, growth, and effective management of an established suite of bespoke higher apprenticeship leadership and management programmes, delivered as part of the College’s employer-facing provision.

The role includes both the day-to-day management and the strategic direction of the programme. You will work collaboratively with cross-college departments to ensure a high-quality and impactful learning experience.

You should demonstrate a flexible approach to work and enjoy being part of a team, while also managing your time effectively. A methodical and solutions-focused mindset is essential to meet employers’ training and development needs.

The successful candidate will be talented, creative, and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
