Summary
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, inspiring and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher to lead and encourage learning and drive forward excellence across the school.
Our mission is to create a happy, secure and stimulating environment which will encourage and challenge our learners to develop their skills and knowledge as far as they can and to provide the best education possible. The successful applicant will play a key role in this by setting high expectations for staff and students and creating an environment that enables our learners to flourish.
Your will:
* Hold qualified teacher status
* Demonstrate deep understanding of SEN pedagogy, statutory guidance and effective personalised learning.
* Proven leadership experience and a strong track record within SEN, either in a specialist or mainstream setting
* Bring resilience, empathy and high expectations
* Thrive in a collaborative, forward thinking environment.
