Summary
Your new company
We're looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Painter to join our dedicated property services team. You'll be working across a number of social housing properties in Derry/Londonderry.
Your new role
- Carrying out internal and external painting and decorating across occupied and void properties
- Preparing surfaces to a high standard, including filling, sanding, and priming
- Completing minor repairs as needed to ensure a quality finish
- Working respectfully in tenants' homes
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety guidelines
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a painter or maintenance decorator
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality work
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence is preferable but pick-up points are also available.
