I-SIRE Services currently provides a popular used cleaning service which includes general, deep clean and end-of-tenancy cleaning for offices, AirBnb properties, residential homes, apartment complexes and commercial establishments.

We value our customers, build and maintain a good relationship by proven 24/7 support and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

-Drive company revenue by promoting, selling and managing services to potential and existing customers.

-Promoting our service plans, add-ons and benefits such as warranties.

-Providing exceptional customer service at all times.

-Identify and anticipate customer needs and proactively promote suitable service plans, solutions and pricing.

-Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.

-Promoting our services in-person, over the phone and via email.

-Posting/ handing out our business cards and marketing the company via word of mouth.

-Using effective strategies to guide customers to join.

-Maintaining relationships with new & existing customers- Encouraging existing customers to rebook and offering discounts.

Requirements:
-Self-employed status (must be registered or willing to register).
-Must hold a valid DBS certificate. *
-Proven experience in Sales.
-Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s aims & objectives.
-A strong work ethic & ability to work independently.
-Great communication skills in English, both verbal and written. *
-Punctual, reliable, honest.
