Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Legal Secretary to join a busy and supportive Family Law team, specialising in Divorce and Finance matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking firm with a fantastic team culture and excellent working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Providing full secretarial support to fee earners within the Divorce & Finance team
Audio typing and preparation of legal documents and correspondence
Managing diaries, appointments, and client meetings
Handling client enquiries professionally, both over the phone and in person
Opening and maintaining client files, ensuring compliance with procedures
Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
General administrative duties as required
Requirements

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Family Law
Strong audio typing and IT skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional, friendly, and team-oriented approach
