Summary
Seeking an energetic, positive, experienced and qualified childcare practitioner that is in a senior role already in a childcare setting to lead a new and vibrant multi cultural childcare setting that will be operating a 24/7 setting situated opposite a major hospital in Nottingham.
Are you a present Manager, deputy manager or a senior Room leader that want to step up the ladder and manage an exciting childcare setting that has been established for over twenty years.
Do you have the skills to manage an enthuastic small team of childcare workers that work towards a common goal.
Are you a team player, who can manage this team of workers, deal with parents of children and navigate and comply with Ofsted rules and regulations?
Do you have deep knowledge of EYFS and is able to put this into practise while planning activities for children . Are you able to communicate clear instructions and knowledge to the work team. When need be, i e. during staff absence, will you be willing to fill in if there are no other alternatives?
Would you like to be a " Big Fish" in a small pond? Where you can make real impact on the organisation? Skills Required:
Management or senior role experience
Childcare training and qualifications
Driver's license
Paediatric First Aid training
Safeguarding training
DBS on the update service.
Being fully flexible to meet setting's business needs.
