Summary

​Equans is looking for a HVAC Contract Manager to join our team in Yorkshire and the North West on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will oversee HVAC Operations across the different contracts we are responsible for across Yorkshire and the North West. What will you deliver?Have full accountability for the financial aspects of contracts/accounts including P&L. NVQ Refrigeration level 3 or Equivalent HVAC qualificationPrevious contract management experienceGood experience and track record in working in Facilities ManagementTechnical background essentialH&S QualificationM&E QualificationsWater Systems and Legionella Control – HSG274Experience of using a CAFM systemMust have a full clean driver’s licenceA recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essentialThis role includes a DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential.
