We Are Seeking a Teacher Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential)
- Has proven experience working with pupils with ASD, PMLD or complex needs
- Demonstrates strong understanding of autism-informed practice and sensory regulation
- Has experience with alternative and augmentative communication (PECS, Makaton, AAC)
- Is confident differentiating for learners with widely varying cognitive and physical needs
- Can lead, motivate and deploy support staff effectively
- Is flexible, solution-focused and resilient
- Maintains exceptionally high expectations for all pupils
- Is deeply committed to safeguarding and inclusive education
