You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the school's administrative operations, working in a fast‑paced environment where emotional intelligence, discretion, and attention to detail are essential. For the right candidate, there is potential to progress into roles such as PA to the Headteacher.

Experience, Training and Qualifications
- Strong administrative background, ideally within a school or education setting
- Experience managing and maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR) is essential
- GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths
- Confident using Microsoft Office and school MIS systems
- Excellent literacy, numeracy, and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Understanding of safeguarding, data protection, and equality policies

Eligibility
