Summary

Are you an organised and detail-focused finance professional looking for a flexible, part-time role with real purpose?

The Parish Trust is seeking a Finance Administrator to support the day-to-day financial operations of our growing charity. This is a key role within our team, helping to ensure our finances are accurate, well managed, and able to support the delivery of vital community projects across the Caerphilly Basin.

Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer, you will take responsibility for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting reporting and compliance. The role sits alongside our Administrator and offers a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while contributing to a wider mission.

What we’re looking for:
- AAT Level 3 (or equivalent) in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Confidence in managing financial records and processes
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- A proactive and reliable approach

What we offer:
- Flexible working arrangements
- Opportunity for additional hours during busier periods
- A supportive and values-driven working environment
- The chance to make a meaningful difference in the local community

This role would suit someone looking for a small number of hours with genuine responsibility, or someone seeking to use their financial skills in a purpose-driven organisation.
