We are seeking an inspirational and visionary Director of Arts to lead and develop our Arts provision, driving excellence across
creative disciplines and shaping an ambitious, engaging curriculum. This is a strategic leadership role for an educator passionate
about the power of the Arts. You will oversee the curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring it is both rigorous and
inspiring, and that all students are empowered to succeed.
