Summary

Learner Attraction Partnership Manager

£27,693 – £32,173

South Yorkshire (Hybrid Working)

Make a real impact. Change lives. Shape brighter futures.

The WEA is the UK’s largest voluntary-sector provider of adult education – and we’re on a mission to bring high‑quality learning into the heart of every community. We believe every adult deserves access to education, no matter their background or circumstances. If you share that passion, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As our Learner Attraction Partnership Manager, you’ll play a key part in growing our reach and connecting more learners to life‑changing opportunities. You’ll build and nurture strong referral partnerships across South Yorkshire, while proactively identifying new organisations and communities we can support.

Reporting to the Head of Contracts and Relationships, you’ll be the go‑to contact for local partners—helping them understand our offer, spotting new ways we can collaborate, and organising enrolment events that make joining our programmes as smooth and engaging as possible.

We’re particularly interested in individuals with experience of fully funded contracts such as ESF and Connect to Work.

Why Join the WEA?

Purpose-driven work – every day you’ll help break down barriers to education
A supportive, inclusive culture where everyone can be themselves
Hybrid working to help you balance work and life
A growing and respected organisation—OFSTED recently rated us Good overall, with Outstanding for Behaviour & Attitudes and Personal Development

The opportunity to create real, measurable impact across local communities

What We’re Looking For
