Whatever the weather, children spend much of their day immersed in nature building, discovering, and developing independence. Indoors, our calm and nurturing spaces reflect the same values: child-led learning, imagination, and care.
The post requires working outdoors everyday and appropriate clothing will be essential to be able to perform this role. The post requires a significant amount of activity, time on your feet and playing alongside children.
