Are you an exceptionally organised Operations Administrator or Client Services professional who thrives in a detail-oriented, busy environment? This is a new position and great opportunity to join a small luxury manufacturer where providing speedy, accurate and high levels of service are at the heart of everything we do.
As we continue to grow rapidly, you will play a valued and important role as part of the team to ensure every client order, phone call or document helps deliver the kind of high level of service expected of a premium brand.
The Role
As our Operations & Client Services Administrator, you will play an important role in overseeing the complete order/despatch process, including:
Processing orders with exceptional efficiency and accuracy
Confirming product availability, pricing and delivery timelines with clarity and confidence
Providing order confirmations, estimated lead times and stock updates
Handling after-sales enquiries with discretion and care, resolving issues in line with luxury service expectations
Coordinating returns, replacements, and credit documentation smoothly and efficiently
Maintaining impeccable CRM records, documentation, and reporting
Liaising with fellow warehouse, finance, and field sales team members
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is naturally upbeat, pro-active, customer focused and has an eye for detail and speed. Oh and we also have fun along the way!
About You
Essential Experience:
Background in office-based administration and/or client services
Confident communicator — written, verbal, and telephone
Strong attention to detail with fast, accurate data entry
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, CRM)
Calm, organised, and able to prioritise effectively
Professional, proactive, and collaborative
Experience resolving issues constructively and diplomatically
Desirable (training provided):
Experience using CRM systems
Familiarity with the luxury products market
Basic understanding of export/shipping documentation
