Summary
Our client, a reputable independent main dealership in Hayes, is seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. This opportunity is ideal for a qualified Vehicle Technician committed to delivering high-quality work within a professional team environment.
Benefits:
- Up to £35,000 basic salary plus performance-based bonus
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
- One-in-three Saturdays, 8:30 am – 1:00 pm
- Established independent main dealership environment
- Full manufacturer qualifications supported
- MOT licence advantageous

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
- Conducting routine service checks and repairs
- Performing diagnostics to identify faults
- Carrying out PDI (pre-delivery inspections)
- Ensuring repairs are completed to manufacturer standards
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service
- Assisting with additional workshop tasks as required
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum Level 3 Motor Vehicle Engineering qualification
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised or independent dealership
- MOT licence advantageous
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Committed to maintaining workshop cleanliness and safety standards
