What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering targeted in-class support for individuals and small groups
• Supporting students with a range of needs (including SEN/EAL)
• Working alongside top-tier teachers to implement lesson plans
• Co-leading enrichment, intervention, and mentoring sessions
• Collecting, reviewing, and feeding back on student progress data
• Contributing actively to a warm, stimulating classroom culture
